Acceptance of these terms
By downloading or using PostCheck (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
The service
PostCheck helps you compare similar photos and choose the strongest one, and offers optional caption, hashtag, and photo-enhancement tools. Some features are provided on a best-effort basis and results are suggestions, not guarantees.
Subscriptions, AI credits, and billing
PostCheck Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
AI photo generations use virtual AI credits managed through RevenueCat. Each successful cloud AI edit costs one credit. A subscription may grant recurring credits that expire at the end of the applicable billing period; credits bought separately are consumable one-time purchases and do not expire. Purchased credits do not unlock PostCheck Pro, and cancelling a subscription does not remove separately purchased credits.
Provider failures are not intended to consume a credit. Credit grants, balances, expiry, and refunds may take a short time to synchronize after a store transaction.
Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their respective policies.
Acceptable use
You agree to use PostCheck only with photos you own or have the right to use, and not to use the App to create or process unlawful, infringing, or harmful content. You are responsible for the content you choose to analyze and share.
Intellectual property
You retain all rights to your photos and content. PostCheck and its branding, software, and design are owned by us and protected by applicable law. These terms grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Questions about these terms can be sent to support@postcheck.app.
